"We've had a standard Harvester in the lounge for a few years now, we flip it with the seasons, the Solstice on the reverse is perfect to brighten up the space for the summer. It's also the best place for picnics as it's easy to keep clean and it's the real MVP of Christmas morning for opening presents on the floor.

We recently added a round Rusa in my little girl's room - the rusty colourway also earned it the nickname 'The lava mat'. She uses it for playing with her dollhouse, and I like to sit on it when I'm reading her a bedtime story.

I then picked out the Sepi in my office, I'll try to do a home workout at the end of the day - or my husband uses it for a foam rolling support mat after he's done a long run."

"We picked a standard Atlas for our babies nursery and compact Wanderlust for my older boys' shared room. They are ideal for the neutral, nautical style in their spaces. When I tell you they are used daily, I mean it! Everything from playing, picnicking, the odd wrestling match and a comfortable changing base post bath time too.

In the living room I chose the neutral, rug-like Globe Trotter to complement our minimal décor, although I have been eyeing up the Pembroke for a splash of colour - perhaps in the spring!"

"I decided on the Pimpernel - Wooded Dell runner for our kitchen. Besides looking lovely, it's delightfully soft underfoot when doing the washing up.

For the play area of our living room I went for the Strawberry Thief design in the runner size. The yoga mat proportions works perfectly as it's a long and narrow space. My little boy loves pretending the floor is lava and the playmat is an island.

Because Totter + Tumble playmats really are for the whole family, I chose the Kasuri for our bedroom. My partner uses it for workouts in the morning and I sit on it in front of the mirror to get ready!"

For our hallway, I went for a runner in the Rusa design. I love that it is simple to roll up and will be ideal outside in the summer as well as a gymnastics mat for my daughter. 

Finally we have a Brer Rabbit in the living room on top of our laminate flooring. Everyone in the home loves to lay on it!"

"We have a Strawberry Thief in the standard size in our lounge. My girls love having picnics on it while watching a movie. It’s super comfy, and I don’t have to worry about spills or breadcrumbs. So much better than the sofa!

For the kids’ room we picked the Scout; it perfectly matches their fun vibe and definitely encourages the girls to grab a book and lie down to read.

The latest addition is a Portobello XL in my gym room. It makes the space feel much cosier and more inviting than a typical gym mat, and it gives me plenty of room for my workouts!"

"We have a standard Atlas in the living room which is perfect for quiet mornings playing trains on the floor with my boys, I can have a lay down play when I'm not quite ready for the madness to begin. A huge bonus in my eyes is that it fits really well with our décor in there as well!

I also have a Strawberry Thief runner in the hallway which is a lifesaver with my tiled floor and has saved numerous bumps when my toddler is running up and down the corridor at full speed. I have just flipped it to the Willow Boughs side for an autumnal change up.
